• Are working extremely hard to keep our hotel and its surroundings clean.
• Have endeavoured to reduce to a minimum our use of non-recyclable packaging.
• Would like to recommend you to drink bottled water, even though the quality of water in the hotel is to a high standard.
• Treat the hotel's waste water in our water purification plant where it undergoes biological and chemical purification.
• Only use cleaning products on the premises that are quickly biodegradable.
• Test sea water samples periodically under laboratory conditions and give a certificate of approval. Pool water is tested daily.
• Use natural liquid gas in the hotel's kitchen, laundry and hot water production.
• Prohibit smoking in the signed enclosed hotel areas because of the non – smoking regulation.
• Recycle old staff uniforms, sheets, tablecloths, napkins etc. By weaving into kilims.
• Strive to minimize use of preserved foods and as far as possible use fresh fruit and vegetables.
• Attempt to reduce consumption of water, energy and detergents, by changing towels only at your request.
• Are sorting hotel waste products by type.

Consequently we possess a “Blue Flag” rating.
