- It is prohibited to smoke in the signed enclosed hotel areas because of the non – smoking regulation.
- Old staff uniforms, sheets, tablecloths, napkins etc. are not discarded but made use of by weaving into kilims.
- We strive to minimize use of preserved foods and as far as possible use fresh fruit and vegetables.
- In an attempt to reduce consumption of water, energy and detergents, towels are changed only at your request.
- Hotel waste products are sorted by type.
- The hotel possesses a Blue Flag rating.
