FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RECEPTION; Foreign currency exchange, facsimile, wake up calls, lost and found deals and message services are available 24 hours. Telephone calls from the room or by the operator to the exterior of the hotel are charged to your room account.

SAFE BOX; The Hotel will not be responsible for the loss of valuables which are not locked up in the safe box. Please use the free safe box in
your room to protect your valuables. Please leave the safe box door open at departure.

CHECK OUT; Please return your room and towel cards to the reception desk till 12:00 on your departure day. If you like to keep your room longer, this will require an extra charge. In this case please inform the reception in advance. (It is up to occupancy of the hotel.)

VISITORS; Please, contact to the reception for daily visit fees of your visitors and more information.

GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT; Between 09:00-18:00, Guest Relations Department is at your service for any information or guiding you
may need about the hotel and the surroundings, bus and international flight reservations, baby sitting, birthday, wedding and honeymoon celebrations or any other special events you want to organize. You can contact the Guest Relations Desk at the lobby for anything you need to ask.

INTERNET CONNECTION ; Wireless internet is available at the lobby area and in rooms as a free of charge service.
